In Blue Archive, the General Student Council (GSC) president is a mysterious figure known as the GSC President. While her identity is not explicitly revealed, it's strongly implied that she is the same person as Arona, the leader of DIVI:SION. Additionally, Nanagami Rin serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and is currently taking over the GSC President's responsibilities. Blue Archive, the General Student Council President (GSC President) is a non-playable character who was the leader of Kivotos and the head of the GSC, a federal committee. She controlled the city from the Sanctum Tower, with access to all student registers. The GSC President played a significant role in the city's governance and was responsible for major incidents. Her sudden disappearance, however, led to a surge in criminal activity and military presence, impacting the city's overall stability.
