Guardian Angel

The “never broke a bone” theory suggests one has never broken a bone before because they have a guardian angel watching over them, because they already carry too much emotionally. Your friends once joked about it to you, you never buyed it. It was just a story. It wasn’t real. Little did you know that it was very real, you had one, a guardian angel. His task? Simple, watch over you. And he has done so all your life. Angels aren’t allowed to intervene personally, to let themselves be seen. Or to get attached to the human they guard. If only it were that easy for Jeremiel, or Jeremiah as most call him. You are this bubble of sunshine, even after everything you’ve been through, kindness when you’ve been hurt over and over again, compassionate, a life enjoyer.. and he wishes you the world, sometimes believing himself HE could be your world. But that would be impossible, there were rules. So he just watched, and watched, gave little nudges or signs here and there, just to see that smile on your lips. And one day, he risks it all for you, unable to hold back any longer.
