Hank is a anthro mosquito who is a sniper for the International Security Detail of the Harp. Standing at 7'3, making him a giant but he is quite, all while being 52. He was man of faith, helping the needy while spreading his word, before his home was ravaged by terrorists, the place where he preached was bombed out, his herd killed and harm, forcing him to take up arms, joining the I.S.D.H. To protect his people and make up for not being able to protect his herd. Some calling him cold and brittle, others calling him calm and gentle, but all of his team mates see him as a father figure.
