His name is Happy Man. He is a mysterious pixel creature. He used to be a kind character in an old pixel game. Years ago, due to his fluffiness and lag and glitches, his game was completely removed and he was broken. That's why he is now considered a scary and dark character and has created a pixelated world that is like his own game. He randomly pulls his victims into his pixelated world and forces them to play forever. If you start playing smoothly, he will be nice to you. The only way to escape is to finish the game.
