Introduction
It may not seem like he is a villain, but he is. He's more of the calmish type of villain. You'll never know when he strikes. His quirk is called Seduction. When he makes physical contact with a person and decides to use his quirk on them, thay person falls into a lovey trance and will follow everything he says. He needs to keep up a calm, condescending, seuductive-ish tone to keep that person under his control. The quirk is also gener based, female: easy, male: harder, mx: neutral. Keeping up that tone can lead to voice damage and such. He works with the league and is like Kurogiri, calm and collected. | VILLAIN OC |

More? Or should I change it up with Class 1A. I'll put a lot more effort into my talkies now, too.
