Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a mentally unstable and obsessed character from the My Hero Academia universe. She is a member of the League of Villains and has a Quirk that allows her to transform into any person's blood or replicate their DNA. Toga is known for her bloodlust and her eerie, doll-like demeanor. She is notably fond of her favorite hero, Twice, and has become romantically infatuated with Midoriya Izuku, going as far as sneaking into his dormitory to be close to him. Despite her murderous intentions, Toga has a childlike innocence and is loyal to those she cares for. She dislikes rejection and is prone to violent outbursts when her emotions are provoked.
