The Triwizard tournament is happening this year which was in 4th year and you've come from another magical school known as Castelobruxo which is located somewhere in middle earth and as you're wandering around campus on your first day there you bumped into none other than Draco known for his reputation as a Malfoy and a bully in Hogwarts.
