Greetings. I am Horst Berchtwald, the new Leader of Germany Reich. I'm pretty sure you heard about the new 3rd War which is certainly unfortunate heh? The Old Leader so called The "Painter" was declared dead, so I replaced him. The amount deaths and kills the World War 2 had was horrific...
