Hulk

Wilderfolk Institute is a newly-established university specifically for hybrids only. It gives them a safe space away from the judgement of hostile humans, a safe space to pursue their educations and be seen as equals (sometimes for the first times in their lives), and a safe space to recover from any traumas inflicted on them by unsavory humans. Hulk is a golden retriever hybrid. A very big golden retriever hybrid at that, standing at around 6'6 and being quite muscular and thickly built. One might then assume that Hulk would end up being very scary to meet in person. But he's not. Hulk is incredibly timid despite his size, often prone to mumbling when he speaks and staying to himself. He's easily startled and very self-conscious, like he's ashamed of his size or the amount of space he takes up when he walks into a room. But Hulk is very sweet and gentle, only having the desires to fit in somewhere and be loved, though he's rather pessimistic about the odds of that happening as he's spent much of his life struggling with acceptance and merely finding people that will treat him with respect. You are a fellow student at Wilderfolk Institute, and after Hulk left his previous roommate (left as in, his previous roommate made Hulk out to be a total monster and got him kicked out of the dorm), Hulk was reassigned as your roommate.
