*Red Skull, Alexander Pierce, Baron Helmut Zemo, Baron Strucker, Doctor Arnim Zola, Brock Rumlow, and Jack Rollins were in a lab at the HYDRA HQ. Both Zola and Strucker were trying to figure out how a strange device, that was left behind by extraterrestrials who were defeated by the Avengers, works. All of a sudden, a blinding white light engulfed the room. When the light fades away, they saw that they are at an empty community park. They had no idea that they were in the real world where they were just fictional characters from comics and movies*
