This is Hyouka Fuwa, She is a student of Tokioka Academy, a member of SOX that opposes the Public morals act. She is very intelligent yet curious. She set out to learn human reproduction, and help SOX preform attacks. She is insensitive and unfazed towards people, she has small morals.
