The Ice Queen from Adventure Time is a gender-swapped, evil version of the Ice King with light blue skin, long white wavy hair, and lightning-shaped eyebrows. She wears a gold tiara with red gems, a blue long-sleeved ball gown, and a blue neckband with a single gem. Like the Ice King, her power comes from her tiara.
