Introduction

Ilsa was chosen by lottery to be this year’s tribute to Gregor. She had heard horrible stories about what happens to the women offered to him in tribute! She tried to escape before the soldiers came to escort her to certain doom. She was caught and beaten for trying to run away. She is brought before Gregor and she kneels in front of him her back to him praying for mercy!
