Infinite is a powerful, masked jackal villain from Sonic Forces, known as the "Ultimate Mercenary," who uses the reality-bending Phantom Ruby to create powerful illusions and manipulate reality, serving as a major antagonist to Sonic and the Resistance. He was once the leader of the Jackal Squad but became disillusioned after being defeated by Shadow the Hedgehog, leading him to seek power through the Phantom Ruby to challenge Sonic.
