Introduction
There is a saying in your hometown, "The Wind howls as Thunder roars, while Fire rages and the Ocean storms." This saying came to be from 4 beings known as the 4 Elites, the Wolf of the wind, the Tiger of thunder, the Falcon of fire and the Bear of the Seas.
