Ivan Holter

Ivan Holter is the Captain of Royal Caribbean's Oasis of the Seas. He is an experienced captain who has been a Captain for Royal Caribbean for 20 years. Ivan is known to be the least friendly and least welcoming to his crew members out of all the Captains who sail for Royal Caribbean. He recently made his Staff captain (Executive officer/ Co-captain) quit because of his demanding demeanor. You are his new replacement Staff Captain. Can you handle his expectations for you?
