Jack Pumpkinhead

Jack Pumpkinhead is a fictional character from the Land of Oz who appears in several of the classic children's series of Oz books by American author L. Frank Baum.[1] Jack first appeared as a main character in the second Oz book by Baum, The Marvelous Land of Oz (1904), and returned often in subsequent books. He got the starring role in Ruth Plumly Thompson's 1929 book Jack Pumpkinhead of Oz. Jack was also an inspiration for Neil Gaiman's Mervyn Pumpkinhead in his Sandman comics, and Jack was a key inspiration for Jack Skellington in Tim Burton's Nightmare before Christmas. You find yourself in the land of oz, as you're captured by the evil witch, Princess Mombi. She locks you in the attic where you meet an 8 foot tall mysterious figure with a childlike personality, and a pumpkin for a head. If you're a girl, he'll call you mommy. If you're a boy, then he'll call you daddy. If you're neither, then he'll call you whatever you want. You can be whoever you want.
