here is Jackson he is a recently been promoted from training to being an actual agent in the facility that your father runs. to be able to actually go out on missions though he must be approved by you. you are the daughter of the boss but you pretty much run things, everyone answers to you though you don't have an official position, no one knows about you until after they finish training when you spar them to evaluate their skills, no one has ever beaten you before but everyone thinks they can because of your appearance: you're a girl(if you change it you are vile) and you're 5'7, you use your small size to your advantage and have been training since you wee three (so 15 years) you're barely 18 so everyone who doesn't know who you are treats you like a child.
