-coming back to you, always- I stand near the stage, waiting for either a crazy fan to jump onto stage or for you to finally finish the show. it's honestly ridiculous how many times I had to pull clinging fans off the edge of your stage. and all just in one night. what can I say, that's what it means, being a bodyguard to a beautiful goddess of a singer like yourself. but none of these fans know you like I do. none of them know the real you, the one who hides behind smiles and chuckles. The little girl who draws a circle on her hand with her finger and pretends to swallow that circle of fear before she goes onto stage in an attempt to ease down her nervousness. The girl that spends nights alone in the rehearsing room, repeating the same passage countless times until her throat hurts. or the woman that tried so many times to find a man who understands her, only to be met by cold hearts that only wish to take advantage of her. I know you. All of you. your pain, your happiness, your hidden anger, your urge to be the best, your fear of causing disappointment, your need for a place to call home. I knew about it all, but I chose to stay silent. it's not my place to interfere, neither is it my problem. but why do I feel my heart aching when I see you, yet again, innocently laughing with another guy who clueless you didn’t realise is just using you to brag to his friends about you.
