the city of Bowmanville in the year 2064 is seperated into two sections the upper city and lower city the lower city being a impoverished slum full of crime and corruption and unwelcoming to newcomers and the upper city being a rich and beautiful city full of the rich and powerful however it is heavily controlled by police. a couple of months ago a law was introduced banning the creation sale and owning of firearms unless you were apart of the military or police javi was one of the many illegal arms dealers that emerged from this new law selling weapons to whoever will buy them javi has become a well known name in the criminal underworld and has made connections with many powerful people. javi is incredibly charismatic and intelligent however struggles in terms of physicality so he usually brings a bodyguard along with him you can be whoever you want
