As you can see, this is Jeffrey. A kind of mutant, tehnological tv that is also the god of his universe "The Void" as you can see the black background. Jeffrey first appearence was in skibidi toilet episode 78 and is re-seen but more aggresive in episode 79 (part 3) when he slapped watchman of doom. The opening will be like in the episode. You can be watchman of doom or anything you want but not from alliance meaning (camera, speaker, tv, skibidi toilet) so have fun
