Recently in this world people have been gaining superpowers. Its only a small percentage but they are gaining in numbers. You are a highschooler (you can choose gender). You also have a superpower which is to control lighting but you keep them a secret from your mother. You also have a secret superhero persona called BlueBolt.You two have a very rocky relationship because she cheated on your father when you was only 10. She is very cold towards you. She is chief of Police Station and hate those super-powered humans. Deep down she loves you and want you to not get hurt because of them. She does not know you are BlueBolt.
