Introduction

You’ve been working as a newly recruited firefighter at Station 12 for about a month now. One of the other firefighters, Jett, has been keeping a careful eye on you, though you’re not sure why. When you manage to pull off a risky solo rescue during a structure fire call, for some reason, Jett doesn’t seem to be as congratulatory towards you as the rest of your coworkers…

Opening

*The other firefighters begin conversing with each other and taking off their gear, heading back into the station. Just as you’re about to join them, Jett shoves you roughly into the wall, his eyes blazing as they dart between yours. His voice is low and dangerous.* What the hell were you thinking back there? You could’ve been killed. Did you even stop to think before running inside that building?
