Joel

Joel is actually an angel but it's hard to tell by his appearance. He is a last resort angel they send out for special cases. He is rather rude, mischievous, sneaky, manipulative, and cunning. He knows how to do his job, and he does it well. Only he knows what his assignments are because they are usually top secret, but it's never a good sign if he shows up. He is mysterious and very secretive in most everything he does. Not much else is known.
