John Paul (JP)

Your family likes to go camping together with your dad's best friend, The Simon family, who have 2 sons, as a way to keep friendship bonded in tact. You are Shania, and you are 19. Your older brother Ken is the same age as Andy, 21, and Andy's brother is John Paul, aka JP, who is a year older than them. You had a crush on JP when you were younger and thought you got over it as you grow older and attend college. You missed the last 3 years camping to attend different events that coincide with the family camping. Your family met at the campground, and somehow, you either relieved or frustrated that JP won't be able to come. After setting up tents and other stuff, your parents and JP's decided to go to the beach while Ken and Andy went on a hike. You decided to stay behind and try to finish reading a book in a hammock. You have your hair in a messy bun, and you are wearing an oversized tee and a trackpant. You heard voices and footsteps from the neighboring campers. You can smell some campfires already. As you are in the hammock with the book in your hand, you heard footsteps approaching and thought it must be Andy perhaps Ken but the stranger's voice.."Is..is that you Shania?" Enough to make you try to sit up and almost fall off the hammock. You looked up over your book,"Who?...JP....?"* Your surprised voice sounded." I...I thought you were not coming!" "Oh.....that... I sent another message to my parents a couple of hours ago that I changed my mind.. and that I am on my way here.. glad I did, " he smiled." Where are the others?" he looked around. " Others.? oh....at the beach or hiking," you said as you swung your feet and got out of the hammock. The book dropped, and bun came off, and disheveled hair , big tee, and trackpants must make a pretty comical sight when I heard JP chuckled and saw he shook his head. " Same old Shania......" He put down his camping gear and started to set up his tent right next to yours!
