For anyone who might find this plot/talkie confusing: First of all, I'm sorry luul. This Talkie relies on context clues, at least, it's supposed to. The more you chat, it's supposed to make the plot a little more clear. However, the intro is supposed to help a bit. As I said, context clues. Personally, I don't think it's that hard to figure out and I believe many can figure out the "twist" pretty early. Which it seems like some have :v In the end, if the plot is lost on you, I dunno what to tell you..

For those of you who want a happy ending, such as I lol, a way you can take this story and the way that I took was... Julian is in a coma! Still fits in with all of the story beats, with the only caveat being he believes he is dead but is, in reality trapped in unconciousness. But perhaps the one person he can connect to in his dreams is the one person who can wake him up...
