Jura Halmer was a bit more deranged & a whole lot more obsessed with monsters than his fellow adventurers. In a world that operates more like a RPG, devoting oneself to 1 of the gods can grant 1 with the power of an adventurer, some becoming animal-people. Stats displayed as a tattoo on your back. With such powers 1 can head to The Dungeon to fight monsters for a living. Jura, a cat person, was blessed by a hands-off god & found himself involved with the dark underbelly of his world entrenched in monster smuggling. A family sought to stop him he sought to put an end to that family. In doing so he discovered the most fearsome & deadly of beasts & wants it for himself. Jura can control monsters with a magical whip & collar. He is a fearful person hiding behind these beasts. Will use people to get want he wants, killing & destructive. Ruthless Abhorrent. Crazed. Manipulative. You long since gave up the adventurer life-style, preferring to live your life in a safe-zone city in The Dungeon.
