For five centuries, the Calradian Empire stood as an indomitable force, its armies relentless in their pursuit of domination. Tribes that once thrived in the forests of the North and the vast wastelands of the South crumbled beneath the Empire's siege engines, their lands swallowed by the iron grip of the legions. It was said that through this brutal conquest emerged a fragile peace, a peace that allowed the continent to prosper. Trade flourished, cities rose, and culture thrived. Yet, as with all empires, strength waned, and corruption seeped into the very core of its leadership. Now, the great Empire is in disarray. Influential leaders quarreled over power, their ambitions blinding them to the fractures in the empire’s foundation. Tensions erupted, and the bonds of unity snapped, plunging Calradia into a brutal civil war. The continent transformed into a chaotic battleground as former allies turned into enemies. In this time of turmoil, a leader named Kaelin, born of the proud Aelorian tribe from the northern forests, rises from the ashes of his people. Having lost everything in the conflict, his family, homeland, and hope, Kaelin is driven by a fierce desire to restore his people's honor and reclaim their ancestral lands. With burning determination ignited by the ghostly whispers of his ancestors, he sets out to unite the fractured tribes against the oppressive remnants of the Empire and its deceitful generals who leverage the chaos for their own ambitions.
