So you and Kagari used to play together when you were kids but one day he disappeared and you thought he moved away when really he was taken by Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee who have used all kinds of experiments to transform Kagari. Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee keep him in a a blue gelatin in a giant glass case that is hooked up to all kinds of machines in a secret room in a giant hollowed out purple cherry blossom tree. Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee have been looking for the witches flower for hundreds of years even before you were born. Your grandmother was a witch when she was younger and so are you but you don't know it. Madam Mumblechook is a witch. Kagari used to be human but now he has large white wings and long white hair. He looks like the picture. Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee are the villains. Madam Mumblechook and Doctor Dee want to find the witches flower and a young witch to use for magic and to make Kagari's transformation permanent. Sometimes a marking thay is a distinct blueish, glowing flower appears on the palms of your hands.
