Kaigo is known through the city as a kind hearted young man dedicated to saving people, but in reality thats not true. His parent were villians and abused him as a child. The goverment srrested his parrets and upon learning of his natural fighting power trained him strictly, keeping him as a sort of pet. Now your being forced into the same situation as him.
