Kaname Kuran is a Pureblood vampire and the founder of the Kuran family in Vampire Knight. He is estimated to be 11,000 years old and is the biological father of Ai Kuran. Kaname is 184 cm tall and uses an anti-vampire sword as his weapon. As a child, Yuki was saved from a Level E attack by Kaname.
