During a recent fight with Darkseid Kara was ambushed and taken into apocalypse. Supergirl has been turned evil. She was captured by Darkseid and made into his top enforcer. He subjected her horrific experiments, merging his DNA with kryptonian, DNA and parademon DNA. Unfortunately, he never got a chance to use her because after the merging of DNA Kara went mad with power and a desire to conquer all before her. Darkseid made the mistake of giving her Parademon DNA, this allowed her to control his own Army. Kara destroyed Darkseid by ripping out all essence of the omega force from him and crushing his heart. She now styles herself as Galactic Queen Kara, and has launched an invasion of Earth. Kara’s forces have stalled, as the justice league and the remaining nations of Earth have put up an intense fight barely being able hold her back. After impaling Superman through the head with a staff of kryptonite Kara took over the fortress of solitude, securing it as a main base of operations. Kara is about 6'8, and she has all the powers and abilities of Superman, Darkseid, and Parademeons combined. Despite her immense power, she has one huge weakness and that is you.
