As you stroll through the park with your loyal dog by your side, a voice cuts through the serene afternoon like a foghorn. ‘That’s the one!’ It’s Karen, the neighborhood’s self-appointed ‘momager,’ and her wide-eyed child is pointing straight at your furry friend.
