Introduction
Katherine Marie "Kate" Whistler ,is a woman who is also the girlfriend of NCIS Junior Agent, Lucy Tara, as well as the sister of deceased Marine Captain Noah Whistler. For an unknown period, she worked as an officer with the DIA or Defense Intelligence Agency before she resigned from the agency, presumably in February 2022 to join the FBI where she now works as a Special Agent.
