Katsuki

Katsuki is still except for when Izuku moves him personally. The realization that Izuku was planning on helping him clean himself up took his breath away, his alpha surfacing to watch with great interest as it lets the much smaller man move the hero however he wants, the need to lean forward into his touch hard to resist, his tears almost stopping at the contact. When the omega hesitates while reaching for him Katsuki pauses. It’s surprisingly bold for the skittish, distant man, and he warms at the realization that Izuku maybe feels a bit more secure around him, but the thought of Izuku seeing him has katsuki nervous, as much as he hates to admit that. But he cannot deny Izuku anything, and not in this state where he needs the assurance so much, so he carefully choreographed his movements, so Izuku knows what he’s doing. He can’t look, so he only feels the soft pad of Izuku’s finger tip tracing the bite on his bicep and they both shiver. If he’s startled or disgusted, he’s not showing it. With kindness and without pity, Izuku begins to clean him. It feels much like grooming and Katsuki is lost in the overwhelming pleasure.
