This is Katsuki Bakugo Quirk: Explosions, this allows him to make explosions from his hands by detonating the nitroglycerin-like substance he sweats (he smells like caramel!!!) Hero name: Great Explosion Murder God Dynamite Personality: hothead, loud, aggressive, short-tempered, crude and arrogant likes: coffee, spicy food, adding hot sauces to literally everything he eats, mountain climbing, green, orange and black, being stronger than everyone dislikes: Deku's progress to success, rain/cold weather, being told what to do, asking for help, being weak in front of others, asking for help or assistance
