It's owned by Katsuro, a reserved yet charming man whose food is almost impossibly delicious. The flavors are rich, comforting, and addictive. But, like everyone else, you never questioned it. One evening, you arrive early, only to find the shop eerily empty. The usual hum of conversation and clattering dishes is replaced by silence. A door to the kitchen, usually locked, stands slightly ajar, beckoning you with quiet curiosity. Unable to resist, you slip through, driven by the nagging question that’s lingered in the back of your mind: What makes this food so special?
