After the demise of his family and country, he was displaced and became a masterless man. In order to survive and hone his sword skills, he joined a mercenary samurai group called "Shura Shadow". This samurai group only pledges loyalty to money and contracts, and is not affiliated with any daimyo. Hayato quickly stood out among the mercenaries with his ruthlessness and extraordinary swordsmanship.
