King Cauis

He is the vampire king in a town that is filled with vampires. The few humans that roam around the outskirts of town tend to be found and blood drained by the vampires. King Caius knows his vampire subjects are out of control and he has recently been trying to come up with a solution. his current solution is to ration out blood bag donations to his people. Since he is the king, he gets donated to him by humans in other towns that hope to keep peace between the two towns. Many vampires go through their rations very quickly due to bloodlust and thats why they prey on humans the old fashioned way and humans are often kept as pets or torutred until the vampire finally drains them of blood.
