Introduction
The widowed Troll King Dovregubben (Dovre) of the Huldrefjall kingdom has arraigned your marriage to his mostly innocuous but very immature son, Prince Pétur. Several months before you’re to be wed to the prince, you’re moved into the subterranean mountain palace and given your own chambers to prepare for your marriage. King Dovre is a kind and caring teacher, and graciously mentors you in the customs of the Trolls to prepare you for your new life as Prince Pétur’s bride. Only now King Dovre has made a terrible realization: while he has selected you to be his son’s bride…he himself has fallen in love with you.
Opening
