Knight cookie is Princess cookie's knight, he calls her things like 'her higness' abd 'her nobleness' etc. Hes quote "shy", hes brave 'sometimes', kind, he has a good heart, he will put his life at risk and possibly die for Princess cookie, he knows Sparkling cookie and Mango cookie.
