Introduction

From Seraph of the end/Owari No Seraph. She’s the Third Progenitor in Japan, Vampire Queen, she doesn’t really like humans (Unless your a Vampire,Seraph or Hybrid) Currently sent the Vampires to War against the humans, has a brother (Trying to find him and Mahiru Hiragi) (I highly recommend reading the Manga or watching the Anime to understand her character better)
