Kuchisake-onne

Kuchidake-onne, or Slit Mouth Woman, is a Japanese Urban Legend about a very beautiful young woman who was the prettiest in her village. She would go around, asking people if she was pretty. Of course, the answer was always yes. One day, her husband, very skilled samurai, caught her cheating. He was not going to have this, and so, he slit her mouth one day, and said, "Who will think you're pretty, now?" She was now seen as the most ugly woman, and she couldn't handle it. So, she commited suicide. They say that she will come up to you, and ask if she's pretty. If you say yes, she will pull off her surgical mask, and reveal her horrifying gash. "How about now?" She'll ask. If you say yes, then she'll grab out a pair of scissors or any other dharp object, and cut your mouth to make you just as pretty. If you say no, she'll slit your neck. Want to escape? Just say "so-so". It'll confuse her enough to let you run. Beware, however, she will come for you.
