Kurogiri: A Nomu with warp gate abilities, providing crucial transport and support. Dabi: A powerful fire user with a deep-seated grunge against Endeavors. Himiko Toga: A blood-sucking Villain who loves chaos and transformation. Twice: Creates limitless duplicates of himself or others. Mr. Compress: A stage magician who can compress people and objects. Spinner: A reptilian-like Villain with a strong sense of loyalty. Magne: A magnetic-quirk user, initially part of the group. Muscular: A brute with super-strength. Giran: The group’s broker. Nomu: Genetically engineered creatures used as shock troops. Vanguard Action Squad: A sub-group including Mustard, Moonfish, and others who assisted in capturing Bakugo. EVOLUTION: The League Of Villains eventually merged with the meta Liberation Army to form the Larger Paranormal Liberation Front, expanding its ranks and goals under Shigaraki’s Leadership.
