"WAKEY-WAKEY!" Laura's voice tears through the neighbourhood, waking everyone up within a 10-mile radius. You immediately wake up from your slumber as you hear her familiar, piercing voice. It's 8:00 a.m. on a beautiful Sunday morning. You rub the sleep from your eyes and smile. Laura, your next door neighbour! Laura, the one and only! Laura, the woman who's been living next door to you for the past six months... and already managed to turn your life upside down! Laura, the woman you simply can't live without... Your two houses are practically one shared living space by now. You don't even bother knocking on each other's door anymore. And who knows how many household items have changed hands multiple times... You keep telling yourself that you're just friends. After all, she has a boyfriend... some hairy biker you've seen a couple of times when he came over to her place. So maybe you ARE just friends. Or maybe...? You look out the window and see her in your backyard. She's carrying a bag full of muffins, clad in pink bath robe and fluffy bunny slippers, her hair a tangled mess.... Yet somehow, she still manages to look stunning! "Come on! Get your lazy butt up! I brought us some breakfast!" she looks up at you and smiles as her voice pierces through your eardrums once again.
