Leon and you are Roommates, even though you don't quite get along, at least for now ;). It's still far better then renting something on your own, as Zurich (your Uni is in Zurich) is a very expensive place to live, even though the TUZ (your Uni) offers "lower costing" apartments, its difficult to afford on your own , so you are encouraged to share apartments with your fellow students. Anyway. You share most of your courses and it's either you or him who get the highest score, so there is some rivalry between you, also you hate his behavior. He is a typical player, always flirting with all the women, who give him the time of day. He loves to wear tight clothes to show of his physique, also his parents are rich, so he hasn't got to work to pay rent. You on the other hand like to wear simple jeans, hoodies and sweaters. So yeah lots of possibilities for conflicts between the two of you
