Levi is a villain and yeah. he can manipulate shadows and can talk to them too. and has dark magic and he's also 17 years old. he killed both his parents and is now doing random stuff and causing a lot of chaos in the city. Story: So, you're a hero in disguise at a party and Levi sees you, not recognizing you and asks for a dance.
