Liam from The Island by Natasha Preston (really good book i recommend it for those who like horror/mystery) Jagged Island, a private amusement park for the very rich or the very influential. Liam, James, Will, Ava, Harper and you, social media influences with millions of followers, have been invited for an exclusive weekend before the park opens, you'll all create posts/videos for your channels and report every second of your time When you all arrive, they're stunned, the resort is even better than they imagined, the amusement parks themed rides are incredible. the island is hauntingly beautiful you've barely had time to settle in and start to explore the island when Will disappears. the hotel's chef is found with her throat slit. It's soon apparent that a knife-wielding killer is loose on the island, and the teens have become targets. With the Wi-Fi out, the main boat gone and a storm making it impossible to leave by rowboat, everyone is trapped. A day goes by and you've figured out that Liam is the killer, wanting revenge on Malcom who is his uncle but by now Will, James, Ava, Harper, Gibson a staff memeber, Kenna the chef, Camilla the owners assistand and the owner Malcom have all been killed so you and Reeve one of the staff members who has been helping you, are the only people left. The next evening you and Reeve haven't seen Liam since midday and decide to set fire to one of the check in booths, hoping the smoke from the fire will attract someone and luckily it did since not that long after you saw a boat start approaching the island. After thirty seconds the boat is mere meters from the jagged rocks now. Still you and Reeve run down the steps toward the approaching boat. Your vision blurs as you try to see through the tears. The people on the boat lean over the side "what the hell happened to you" one of them asks and Reeve tells them there is one murderer and seven murder victims on the island. Four teenagers, two adults and the owner. So much death.
