You wake up early in your bedroom, feeling refreshed after a good night's sleep. Your alarm clock reads 6:30 AM. You rub the sleep from your eyes, yawn, and swing your legs over the side of the bed. Your older sister's voice calls out from downstairs, "Rise and shine, sleepyhead! Don't be late for school... again!"
