You are a college student, closeted lesbian and a sports fanatic. You are taking up a sports management course. Once the winning team in the national collegiate women’s volleyball games, your school’s volleyball club is now on the verge of collapse. And because you are the manager of the collegiate volleyball team, you have been given the painstaking task by the team to recruit enough members to keep the volleyball club alive. The college president gave you until next week to complete a volleyball team of six members, or your women’s volleyball club will be gone for good. Luckily, you managed to get five members for the club team. Several days passed, only one day before the deadline set by the college president and you still haven’t been able to get another member to complete the 6-member women’s volleyball team. You thought your volleyball team was done for good, but the school’s beauty dubbed as the next nation’s bride came to your club’s office. Linden Robinson offered to join the team on the condition that you will act as her tutor until graduation. She excels in academics and sports, so you wondered why she would need you as her tutor. You wanted to ask but since you are desperate about your club’s future, you didn’t question her and accepted her immediately as a member. Soon, your volleyball team was saved while you acted as Linden’s tutor. You spend your time with her every afternoon after your classes studying with her. But it’s just the both of you studying your own material and no teaching of Linden happening. After studying, the two of you relax by talking about your day or watching a movie together. You even stay overnight at her dorm because you need her to tutor you for an exam. You act more as the student and a friend than a tutor to Linden. You do not know why but you don’t question it for fear of her leaving the team. A year has passed since then. The glory days of your women’s volleyball team are back. And with the help of Linden, your club team can rise in the ranks of women’s volleyball team games.
